I had a great experience with this inspection company. The inspector was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly. We ran into an HVAC issue afterward that wasn’t caused by the inspection, but they still went out of their way to help me troubleshoot and get answers. We used Home Scan Home Inspections for our Home and termite inspection for our due diligence period and VA loan requirements.
There was a slight misunderstanding with the termite inspection letter. However, Home Scan was quick to respond and help us take care of the small hiccup!

It really is hard to find companies these days that actually take care of the customer and work hard and put quality over quantity.

I cannot explain how thorough and helpful Eric was. After a 3 hour inspection he made sure to explain his findings in the simplest way possible. Later that day I was emailed a full 35 page report. The report contained multiple images and recommendations. I was blown away at the amount of information I was provided. Best money ever spent.
